The Founding Roster
The Void architecture doesn't build itself. Every role below is a real gap between where the ecosystem is and where it needs to be — filled by Citizens who show up before there's a paycheck, not after.
Read this before you reach out. Shadow Syndicate PBC is not yet legally incorporated. Everything right now is volunteer contribution — there is no equity, no token allocation, and no compensation promised for work done during this phase.
Contribution is tracked toward Legacy-As-Capital — the ecosystem's permanent record of who built what, from the beginning. The entity will be formally incorporated as soon as the token launches and generates revenue, at which point paid and equity-track roles open up. If that timeline and structure works for you, we want to hear from you. If it doesn't, no hard feelings — check back after launch.
Reports directly to the Founder & Chairman. These four roles run the ecosystem day-to-day so vision and strategy stay the Chairman's focus.
Funding strategy, treasury structure, and incorporation financials. Focused on non-dilutive funding — grants and revenue-based paths — not equity raises.
Owns turning the five-pillar architecture into shipped code. The technical buck stops here.
Runs day-to-day operations across every team so the Chairman can stay focused on vision and strategy, not coordination.
Owns growth strategy and brand once community and product reach real scale.
The five pillars need builders, plus the infrastructure that lets them ship safely and repeatedly.
Build the compiler and syntax engine — a custom, right-to-left evaluated toolchain transpiled directly into bare-metal LLVM IR/C.
Build the Master Orchestrator, UI Compositor, and localized Mesh framework.
Build the thermodynamic-hardened, multi-threaded microkernel and shell.
Build the decentralized staging ground for peer-to-peer node expansion.
The clockless, event-driven biomaterial hardware digital twin — for when the architecture is proven in software.
MMO world-building background, specifically. Design the Legacy-As-Capital economy, marketplace, and guild mechanics — sinks, faucets, anti-exploit balance.
Build the token contract, the Commons Share Merkle distributor, and eventually the Guild Launchpad contracts.
Review every contract touching real funds before it goes live — the token, the Commons Share distributor, guild contracts.
Own deployment and CI once code is shipping regularly across every pillar.
Real coverage before anything ships — especially anything touching the Commons Share or real transactions.
Once the engineering team grows past 5–8 people, this role sits between them and the CTO so the CTO isn't the bottleneck.
The CFO sets strategy. These roles do the daily work underneath it.
Day-to-day books, once there's real revenue and real transactions to track.
Manages the Commons Share multisig and publicly reports treasury funds once real revenue starts flowing.
This is the layer that actually lets the Chairman step back from day-to-day.
Owns contractor payments, agreements, and IP assignment across a genuinely international team.
Tracks the five pillars, the marketplace, and the guild system as concurrent workstreams so nothing falls through.
Day-to-day presence across Telegram, Discord, and X — moderation, engagement, keeping vote processes fair and visible.
Handles marketplace disputes and vendor issues once real transactions are flowing.
The architecture means nothing without people who believe in it and can explain why — and reach the people who should hear it.
Owns crypto ad network tests, creator partnerships, and acquisition-channel strategy.
Day-to-day posting and engagement across platforms, distinct from the CMO's strategic role.
Maintains and extends the site as the ecosystem grows past a single landing page.
Extends the visual language — sigils, social templates, merch.
Cuts promotional content for TikTok, X, and Telegram — on-brand, fast turnaround.
Extends the manifesto, doctrines, and founding lore as the ecosystem grows.
Localizes core materials for non-English-speaking communities.
Reports to the Chairman or CFO. Non-negotiable for anything touching the token, the Commons Share, or acquisitions.
Formal incorporation, securities review, and ongoing compliance. Grows into General Counsel as legal surface expands.
These roles only exist once Phase 4 acquisitions actually begin.
Sources, vets, and negotiates acquisitions — a distinct skill from general finance.
Merges an acquired business into the ecosystem once a deal closes.
